District Office
Located at 1097 Lohmans Crossing

Dear Neighbors:

Lakeway Municipal Utility District is excited to announce that we have begun to advertise the expansion and remodeling of our District Office, located at 1097 Lohmans Crossing. This work will include construction of new office space to the rear of the existing building, remodeling existing offices and creating a new customer service reception area. The exterior work will be concentrated in the area to the east and south of the existing District Office. We anticipate the project to start construction in January 2002 and completion of the project by December 2002.
