May 4, 2001

Dear Neighbor:

On February 26, 2001, the District sent you a notice about one of our pipeline projects that affects your neighborhood.  This is an update on the progress of that project.

We had indicated we would be finished in your area by May 1, 2001, but decided to start on the other end first.  The 10” RFM is being installed from the Stewart Road end, and has reached the Clara Van Road crossing.   Starting on May 7th, the contractor will begin installing the pipeline on Clubhouse Dr.  This work will take about three weeks.  After the pipeline is installed the street will have a temporary patch over the cut until a permanent patch can be installed.  The contractor will also be scheduling work off the street near the entrance road to the (existing) I-4 Pond.

As we stated in our earlier letter, we will keep all the driveways and street crossings open so you can go about your everyday business.

For questions about any of the above, or for any of our construction matters, please call Jim Coulter at 970-1780.

Thank you for your forbearance as Dig We Must!

Richard Eason
General Manager
