Water Recycling Plant (S-4)
Located at 417 Palos Verdes

Dear Neighbors:

You might have noticed some signs of construction in your area.  Your District has contracted with Excel Construction to expand our water recycling plant, located at 417 Palos Verdes.  This will include building new clarifiers, filters, chlorine contact basins, pumps, pipelines and associated equipment.  The work will be concentrated in the area to the east and north of the existing circular structures.  We anticipate completion of the project by July 2002.
