 Subject: North Lakeway Village / Clubhouse Drive Construction

 Dear Residents:

We wish to notify residents along Carefree Circle and Clubhouse Drive that there will be pipeline construction in the roadway beginning in the near future.  The project extends from the east end of Clubhouse to the area on the Hamilton Greenbelt where another new pipeline was installed recently.  This pipeline allows Lakeway MUD to provide wholesale wastewater service to new development beyond the east end of Clubhouse Drive called North Lakeway Village .  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this pipeline construction may cause.

Once construction begins in a few weeks, we anticipate that one lane of Clubhouse Drive will be closed while the contractor, CC Carlton, Inc., installs a pipeline under the street.  The construction is scheduled to last approximately eighty (80) days, and includes repaving the street.  Any landscaping, sprinklers, driveways or mailboxes that are damaged during the construction will be repaired to your satisfaction.
