A Board of Directors consisting of five (5) unpaid members governs the District. The volunteer Directors are elected in May of each even numbered year to serve a four (4) year term. Terms are staggered so that, at most, three (3) Director positions are filled. The Directors are responsible for setting policy, service rates, approving major operating expenditures and approving all capital expenditures. Board of
