LMUD May BOD Meeting by Phone

The May 13, 2020 LMUD Board of Directors (BOD) meeting will be conducted via teleconference, pursuant to Governor Abbott’s Temporary Suspension of Open Meetings Laws issued on March 16, 2020. There will be no in-person attendance at this meeting.

How to Attend

Wednesday, May 13, 2020 starting at 9:30 AM.

To attend the meeting from your phone:

• Call 512-910-7546
• When prompted, enter Conference ID: 307 508 745#

We ask that all participants please mute their phone upon calling in to prevent distraction.

The meeting will also be recorded and available on our website within 24 hours after the meeting adjourns.

Citizen Participation

Citizen Participation on posted agenda will be accepted by written correspondence.  If you wish to provide comments on a specific agenda item:

• Send an e-mail to boardmeetingopenforum@lakewaymud.org
• Include your name, address, telephone number and reference the agenda your comments pertain to.

E-mails must be received before 9:30 AM on May 13, 2020.

Oral comments may also be made at the beginning of the meeting by unmuting your phone and waiting to be addressed. When making your comments, please provide your name, address, and the number of the agenda item you wish to address.
